Summer Music Classes
and Play-date Drop Offs
10 weeks: June 15 - August 28
July 13-17 off for music camp
Play-date Drop Off (Age 10+):
Screen-free kid fun out in nature. Need some time to get some work done? Just want to get your kid outside playing with other kids? Sunny Creek Music Farm can help!
Tues/Wed/Thurs 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Cost: $575/one day a week for 10 weeks, $68/Single Day (Must confirm 24 hours in advance).
Team Violin 1 (grade K-3):
Beginner cohort- the most fun way to begin an instrument, by building friendships through music-making.
Tuesdays 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Cost $275
Team Violin 2 (age 7-12):
A group class for skill building, friend making, and expanding musical understanding. Skill level is Suzuki Book 1 into Book 2.
Wednesdays 2:30-3:45 p.m.
Cost $275
Team Strings (age 10-18):
Who: violin, viola, cello, bass.
Intermediate string players gather to improve music reading and ensemble skills. Repertoire to include classical greats and more. Must read music.
Thursdays 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Cost $275
Practice Club (Age 10-18):
Who: Any transportable acoustic instrument.
Magnify your musical progress! Students join with peers to learn how to practice through group and individual instruction, including 45 minutes of practice implementing techniques followed by informal performance opportunities.
Mondays 3 - 4 p.m., Thursdays 4 - 5 p.m., or both
Cost: $275/one day per week
Sonic Troubadours (Age 10-18):
Who: Any transportable acoustic instrument.
A performing group on acoustic instruments playing songs of all genres, making music to bring joy and uplift mankind. Must be taking private lessons.
Mondays 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Cost: $275
Chamber Music Reading
(High School to Adult):
Who: Late Intermediate/Advanced String Players
Players with chamber music experience get together to read/rehearse chamber music with optional informal mini-performances at the evening’s end.
Bring duo, trio, quartet+ sheet music to read, a music stand, and an hors d’oevre to share.
Thursdays 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Cost: Free. Must register by 10:00pm the day before.
Private Violin Lessons:
The most intensive and deep way to study an instrument is one-on-one, weekly. Any level welcome.
Day/Time to be arranged.
Cost: $75/45 minutes
Private Coaching:
Professional coaching for any instrument or chamber group for upcoming auditions, performances, or just to up your game.
Day/Time to be arranged.
Cost: $100/hour

Interested in beginning piano lessons?
Miles, Bridget and Sean’s son, grew up at Sunny Creek Music Farm and is now in high school. He has been playing piano and violin since he was four years old and over the years has also dabbled in trombone, ukelele and guitar. He has participated in numerous performing groups, including orchestras and choirs. Miles brings a wide range of experiences to his teaching and is currently taking beginner piano students.
Day/Time to be arranged.
Cost: $20/30 minutes
Interested in beginning voice lessons?
Ruby, Bridget and Sean’s daughter, grew up at Sunny Creek Music Farm and is now in high school. She has been playing piano and violin since she was four years old and has participated in numerous performing groups, including orchestras and choirs. Ruby brings a wide range of experiences to her teaching and is currently taking beginner voice students age 12 and under.
Day/Time to be arranged.
Cost: $20/30 minutes
Coming in Summer of 2027
Repertoire Orchestra
(High School/College):
Who: Orchestral instrumentalists with good reading skills.
Rapid repertoire experience. A skilled conductor leads students through a new program each week. Includes some rehearsal then a “run-through performance,” open to the public.
